• Mommy and daddy are our standard parent names. If your family uses other names, please let us know
when you make your purchase so we can customize your baby memory book pages.
• If you used or plan to use a medical professional other than a doctor (midwife etc.) to deliver your
baby, please let us know when you place your order so we can send you the correct memory pages.
• If the text on one of our letter pages does not suit your family, please let us know when you make your
purchase and we will substitute a text-free letter page (letter artwork only).
Custom Options available for Purchase:
• If the text on one of our letter pages does not suit your family, you have the option to create your own
text and we will print a custom page for your baby memory book.
